About the role
We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join the Orange team on a Permanent Full-time basis. Joining an award winning team, with experience spanning 60 years, recognised as leaders in the residential, rural property and livestock sales across Central NSW, you will closely with the Sales Support team to provide administrative assistance to the Sales Agents, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Joining an energetic, enthusiastic group with a passion for success, this is a varied role that will see you as the first point of contact for our clients and supporting our agents with: banking & purchasing, reporting, reconciling accounts, creating marketing collateral for new listings and preparing contracts. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.
Responsibilities As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:
Providing administrative support to the livestock and rural supplies team
Supporting the livestock and farm supplies teams as needed
Assisting with expense management to ensure the branch is operating effectively
Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Elders brand no
Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
About you
To succeed at Elders, you:
Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
Poses a creative flair, both written and content design, with an interest in the Real Estate industry
Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines
Passion to positively drive change for both your clients and your community
