About the role

Due to an internal promotion, the Shepparton Branch is looking for a Sales Support Officer on a full-time basis to work closely with the branch leadership team to continue to drive growth and deliver exceptional service to our clients. This is a dynamic position, which plays an integral role in the day-to-day running of the branch, with priority being providing outstanding administration support to the team.

Our Sales Support Officers are the first person our clients see when they interact with Elders. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the sales teams in building relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.

Responsibilities

As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:
  • Providing expert administrative support to the team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationships;
  • Delivering support in all areas of the sales process, including in-store sales processing and handling various customer queries;
  • Oversee the general running of the branch, ensuring everything is running efficiently. The SSO position is really the overall backbone of the team;
  • Manage the branch daily banking processes, as well as assist with expense management to ensure the branch is operating effectively;
  • Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Elders brand, this includes ensuring that the showroom and displays are presentable and in line with current marketing campaigns;
  • Assisting with field days, and other local events to maximise on our community engagement.


About you
