Job Description: Are you ready to grow your career in the agricultural industry? We're on the lookout for a Rural Products Sales Representative to join our team in Mingenew, WA on a full-time, permanent basis.

Whether you're from a farming background or just have a keen interest in the industry, we'll support you with the tools, training, and network you need to succeed.

About the Role:

As a Rural Products Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Branch's rural products team. You will be responsible for providing logistics support, including the safe receiving and dispatching of stock, while leveraging your expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients will be essential as you explore new opportunities for them. Supported by the extensive Elders network, you will have access to the necessary tools and resources to grow and advance in your career.

What you'll be doing:

Building strong relationships with local clients and helping them find the right products
Supporting stock logistics - receiving, dispatching, and managing inventory
Providing excellent customer service and growing your sales skills
Delivering rural products efficiently and safely
Exploring new business opportunities and helping local farms thrive
Supporting overnight freight depot operations including sorting, and ensuring prompt and accurate dispatch

About You:

You enjoy being part of a team and making a difference in your community
You're enthusiastic about agriculture and rural products
You have (or are willing to get) a forklift and heavy rigid truck licence
You're motivated, organised, and ready to learn
