As a Rural Real Estate Agent, you will specialise in the prospecting, listing and sale of rural properties including farms, acreages/ lifestyle blocks, and agricultural land. Your understanding of the unique characteristics and challenges of rural real estate, from zoning and land use regulations to water rights, soil types, and infrastructure will enable you to build relative relationships. Working closely with landowners, investors, and buyers to provide expert advice, market analysis, and tailored marketing strategies that highlight the value and potential of each property. Strong relationships within rural communities, a passion for the land, and the ability to navigate both traditional and digital marketing channels are key to success in this role.
A market competitive remuneration package is available with some flexibility in the structure depending on applicant experience and proven sales history. Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will:
List, market and sell properties
Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs
Participate in Branch business development programs
Achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertising
Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
Work with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
About you
To succeed at Elders, you:
Possess local real estate industry experience and associated influences
Can appraise properties, and identify positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential properties
Hold a Real Estate licence and a current driver's licence (essential)
Possess an understanding of Real Estate Legislation with a keen eye for detail
Have excellent communication, organizational, negotiation and client relationship skills
Area a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
