About the role
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Representative to join our Circular Head team on a permanent, full time basis.
Our Real Estate Sales Representatives drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business through building client relationships and proactive marketing. Your industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining these strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be supported to learn and grow your career.
Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will:
Identify potential sales opportunities and undertake appraisals
List, market and sell properties
Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs
Achieve targets for sales, listing and appraisals
Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
About you
To succeed at Elders, you: will have;
A proven sales record in a related industry
A Property Representative Licence or have the ability to obtain one
A passion in interacting with people
Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work flexible hours
Proven business development and marketing skills
A current drivers licence and a road worthy vehicle
