While our focus is on property we have a passion for people and delivering industry leading, memorable, client service and as such, we are now seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our close-knit team on a permanent full-time basis.
Our Property Managers look after a portfolio of properties and generate portfolio growth through client relationships and developing new opportunities. Your understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining these strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. Responsibilities
As a Property Manager you will:
Oversee a portfolio of properties around the Alstonville, Wollongbar region, ensuring compliance with real estate legislation
Perform routine inspections and manage tenant communications
Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with preferred service providers in a timely manner
Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs
Maintaining a team environment also working with the sales department and administration team to ensure smooth and efficient office processes
Maximise promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
About you
To succeed at Elders, you have:
Previous experience as a Property Managerand industry experience within the local area
Thorough understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation
Current driver's licence and a property management licence
Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and have attention to detail
Ability to work both collaboratively as a team and autonomously
