About the role

We are looking for a Property Manager to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Property Manager, you'll manage a portfolio, build client relationships, and identify growth opportunities. Your knowledge of Residential Tenancy Legislation and local industry experience will help maintain strong client connections. Elders will support your career growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and manage property inspections and documentation.
• Oversee debtor management and collaborate with the team to explore innovative solutions for clients.
• Maximise promotional opportunities through community events and field days.

About you

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Team player with a proactive, tech-savvy approach; South Australian Property Manager licence preferred but not essential.
