About the role
Reporting to the Manager - People Business Partnering, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR generalist to partner with the WA portfolio.
Elders People Partners serve as the vital link between the business and organisational people initiatives. With the support of dedicated centres of expertise-including L&D, Recruitment, HR Services, and Organisational Development-you will take a hands-on approach in managing all aspects of the HR lifecycle across WA. Your role will be key in fostering a values-driven, safety-focused, and high-performance culture, partnering with people leaders on employment relations, performance and reward, leadership coaching and development, employee engagement and enablement, and talent management.
Responsibilities
Partner with the leadership team, line managers & Manager - People Business Partnering to implement organisational people initiatives and to develop and drive a people plan that supports business goals
Identify workplace and workforce trends and make recommendations for action
Coach and supporting internal stakeholders on all HR issues including employee relations, culture, policy interpretation and performance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and trends
About you
Strong track record of supporting the full employment lifecycle
Ability to work both autonomously and part of a national team
Demonstrated experience building strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing advice, supporting strategic initiatives and change management
Enjoy influencing stakeholders and adding value across the commercial business
Solid understanding of Office 365 and exposure to HRIS (Workday would be a bonus)
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a relevant discipline
