About the role

As an Operations Supervisor, you will support the Warehouse leadership team in overseeing the daily operations of our AIRR Wagga Wagga warehouse and team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service through your understanding of rural products, inventory management and ability to offer solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring inventory, financial and people management processes and standards are followed.

Responsibilities
As a key member within the warehouse, you will enjoy a varied day including:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including inventory, WHS, procurement, logistics
  • Work closely with the warehouse leadership team to deliver on performance objectives
  • Coach and build the capability of all employees and provide timely feedback against performance goals
  • Maintain high standards of warehouse presentation, stock levels, and timely order dispatch.

About you
To excel, you have:
  • Articulate communication skills, verbally and written, with the ability to quickly build report
  • High standards of integrity and attention to detail
  • Current forklift license (preferred)
  • Understanding of the agricultural industry, seasonal fluctuations and products
  • Proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel.
