About the role
As our State Marketing Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving and supporting key marketing initiatives across the QLD/ NT network. Partnering with the State General Manager, Operational Leaders and the national marketing team, you will provide end-to-end marketing, digital, social, and communications support to ensure brand consistency, local relevance, and market impact. Developing marketing plans, you will drive community engagement events, enhance our visibility, support business growth, and strengthen Elders brand presence.
Responsibilities
As a Marketing Business Partner, you will:
Develop and execute state marketing plans, calendars, budgets, and KPIs aligned with national objectives
Localise national campaigns and lead regional promotions, events, and sponsorships
Ensure brand consistency and alignment with Elders' value proposition and customer experience
Drive customer engagement through mapping, content personalisation, and local initiatives
Support branches with marketing advice, resources, and digital content development
Build internal relationships and maintain on-ground presence across the state network
About you
To succeed at Elders, you will have:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing/ Communications/ Design
Demonstrated generalist marketing experience with exposure to product, social and sponsorship activations
Ability to develop and execute relevant marking campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, CRM systems, and web analytics
Excellent relationship building abilities and communication skills
Drivers License with the ability to regularly travel throughout the state
