About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Officer to join our Residential Property Management team in Gladstone on a permanent, full-time basis.
As a Leasing Officer you will be supporting the team in leasing of properties and providing excellent administrative support to ensure a seamless service to our clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to become a key part of the Residential Property Management team and supported to learn and develop your career.
Responsibilities
As a Leasing Officer you will:
Provide expert administrative support to the team
Organise the advertising of properties
Organise open homes and the showing of properties
Assess tenancy applications
Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events
About you
To succeed at Elders, you will:
Have previous customer service experience
Have a Property Representative Licence (or have the ability to obtain one)
Hold a current driver's licence
Have excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
Have a keen eye for detail
Be a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
Be smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
