About the Elders Graduate Agronomy Program:

Elders, Australia's most trusted agribusiness, is excited to invite passionate graduates to join our Graduate Agronomy Program on a permanent, full-time basis. We are deeply committed to nurturing talent and our two-year tailored program is designed to provide you with exceptional learning opportunities and hands-on experience working alongside our industry experts. As part of this program, you will have the chance to work in multiple locations across Australia, gaining exposure and increasing your knowledge in various cropping segments.

Supported by our experienced agronomists and technical leaders, you will develop the skills to provide growers with the latest agricultural technologies and deliver agronomic advice to maximize sustainable crop productivity, and make a positive social impact in the communities we serve.

What you can expect:

About you:
  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Agriculture or related discipline, completed within the last 3 years.
  • Possess an unwavering passion for agricultural production and a genuine love for rural communities and are dedicated to making a meaningful impact to the growers.
  • Are a self-starter who thrive on challenges and are always seeking opportunities for growth. With a strong desire to excel, you are motivated to go the extra mile, fully immersing yourself in every aspect of agronomy.
  • Possess exceptional communication and relationship building skills, effortlessly connecting with farmers, suppliers, and colleagues. They understand the importance of building strong relationships and delivering clear and concise agronomic advice.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and embrace change with open arms. Adaptable and eager to learn from diverse agronomic practices across Australia, embracing opportunities to relocate to different regions during the program.

Please note: face-to-face interviews for this position will take place between 21st July - 31st July, with the exception of SA which will be held the week beginning 4th August.
