About the role

We are looking for a Financial Services Officer to join the team on a permanent, full time basis.

The Financial Services Officer - Deposits, is responsible for assisting with sales, marketing, administration and operational support, associated with the distribution of Elders Deposit products through the branch network to existing and prospective clients.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake operational and administrative procedures for Elders Deposits
  • Provide operational, support and training functions associated with Elders Deposits
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing assets for Elders Deposits liaising with Marketing Department as required
  • Organise sales and marketing campaigns for Elders Deposits
  • Assist with the documentation of procedures ensuring knowledge management transfer is best practice
  • Undertake audits of Elders Deposits processes and accounts as required to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Provide performance, operational and compliance reporting


About you

  • Savings and deposits knowledge
  • Administration experience
  • Demonstrated experience in sales
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Microsoft Office / PC skills - intermediate level
  • Proven abilities in customer service
