About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join our growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Our Commercial Property Managers oversee a portfolio of properties, fostering strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities for portfolio growth. Your knowledge of commercial property legislation and industry experience within the local market will enable you to build and maintain lasting partnerships, ensuring clients' current and future needs are met. With the backing of the Elders network, you will have the support and resources to develop your career in commercial property management.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintaining a portfolio of commercial properties
  • Building strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and stakeholders
  • Identifying and cultivating new leasing and investment opportunities
  • Conducting routine property inspections and ensuring compliance with lease agreements
  • Overseeing lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews
  • Managing arrears and debtor control
  • Preparing and managing lease documentation and property reports
  • Coordinating property maintenance, contractor engagement, and capital works
  • Staying up to date with market trends and legislative requirements
  • Collaborating with the Elders team to offer innovative solutions and maximise promotional opportunities, including community and industry events


About You
  • Have previous experience in commercial property management
  • Possess a strong understanding of commercial property legislation and lease agreements
  • Hold a current property management licence and a valid driver's licence
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Have strong financial acumen and attention to detail
  • Be highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Be a team player who embraces technology and innovative property solutions
