We are looking for a Commercial Asset Manager to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Our Commercial Asset Managers manage a portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of clients. Your industry experience and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs, will ensure you are successful in this role. Responsibilities
As a Commercial Asset Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships to understand their current and future needs by:
Professionally managing a portfolio of properties
Providing expert advise to clients
Identifying opportunities for new and existing clients
Preparing and managing budgets and timely reporting to clients
Regular property inspections to ensure the highest level of presentation
Managing capital projects on behalf of the client
Managing compliance and building regulation requirements.
Interpreting and assisting with commercial leases.
Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
About you
To succeed at Elders, you:
Have AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV or higher. Alternatively, at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications
Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the Property Industry
Have a Property Representative Licence (or have the ability to obtain in the near future)
Have excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
Have a keen eye for detail
Are a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
Have a customer centric focus
Have basic financial and analytical skills
Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
Hold a current Drivers Licence
