About the role
We are looking for a Branch Manager to join our Vic leadership team in this exciting, fast-paced, full-time, permanent role.
As a Branch Manager, you will be entrusted to manage all aspects of branch operations and lead your team to drive growth, exceed targets, and deliver outstanding results. Your leadership skills will be key in inspiring and managing teams across multiple services, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Responsibilities As a Branch Manager, you will enjoy a day including:
Providing input and assisting the state leadership team with preparing annual budgets and business plans
Managing the branch staffing requirements including recruitment, rostering, training, performance management
Building and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and support sales staff, as needed
Planning and driving marketing of branch services and products and play an active role in campaigns, field days, client nights and community events
Prioritising the safety of your staff and clients, and actively contributing to Elders' zero-harm culture
About you To excel at AIRR, you have:
Experience leading dynamic sales teams and an understanding of agricultural services
Strong business and financial acumen with ability to interpret and prepare P&L reports
Passion for building strong relationships, internally and externally, creating a positive and collaborative team environment
Proficiency with the Microsoft suite and strong communication skills, verbally and written
Qualifications in Business Management/ Agriculture (preferred)
