About the role

Elders Gladstone and Tannum Sands is seeking a Body Corporate Administrator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

Joining a close-knit team of 20 Property Managers, Sales Agents and Administrators, you will play a key role in managing and responding to owner communications, including processing new owner details and addressing inquiries. You will also coordinate meeting documentation, ensuring preparation for AGMs and committee meetings is seamless. Working with the Property Management team, you'll assist with insurance claims, work orders, and maintenance requests, while maintaining accurate body corporate records.

Responsibilities

As a Body Corporate Administrator, you will:
  • Manage a portfolio of diverse complexes
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors and other stakeholders
  • Manage email inbox - responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordination of maintenance and resolve building matters
  • Attend AGMs and committee meetings


About you

To succeed at Elders, you have:
  • Previous experience within the Real Estate Industry and an understanding of legislation and bylaws, BCCM Act and Regulations
  • Articulate communication, both written and verbally with the ability to easily build relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
  • Proficient using Strata Master and Microsoft Office suite
