Job Description: Charles Stewart and Company are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Assistant Property Manager and Livestock Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a Assistant Property Manager and Livestock Sales Support to join the growing team on a permanent, Full Time basis.

Working alongside our Property Management Team you will be challenged whilst being supported to learn with ongoing training and enjoying the benefits of a great team and office environment. In this role you will also be responsible for administratively supporting our livestock staff during the execution of sales through the entire end to end process.

Responsibilities

As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:

  • Taking all general telephone enquiries for the Rental Department -for the portfolio you are assisting
  • Work alongside with the Senior Property Manager
  • Processing tenancy applications
  • Assisting with landlords, tenants, and contractors' communication
  • Assist with rent arrears
  • Assisting with the coordination of maintenance
  • Property Management administration
  • Assisting with preparing property reports ie: ingoing, outgoing & quarterly inspections
  • Working closely with the sales processing team and livestock team
  • Assisting during the execution of sales and processing of sales
  • Working constructively with other team members to support a collaborative culture


About you

To succeed at Charles Stewart, you:

  • Real Estate industry experience will be advantageous but not necessary
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Good at multi-tasking and time management
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work to current systems and procedures while contributing as a team
  • The desire to grow within a company for the long term
  • Be trained in relevant WHS practices
  • Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills
