About the role
As an Assistant Commercial Property Manager, you will support the end-to-end management of a well-established commercial property portfolio across the Dubbo region. Your responsibilities will span lease administration, rent reviews, maintenance coordination, arrears management, compliance reporting and client communications.
Working closely with a Senior Commercial Property Manager, you will provide essential operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the portfolio. Elders Real Estate Dubbo has a strong local presence of over 50 years - this is a great opportunity to further develop your skills in a supportive, close-knit team.
