About the role:

We are seeking a permanent full-time Administrator Assistant to join our dynamic and supportive team. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced Property Management team, assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks and helping to ensure the smooth operation of our property services. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the industry, with ongoing training and development provided. You'll enjoy working in a positive and collaborative office environment, where your contribution is valued and your career progression is supported. For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to move into a Property Manager role.

Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside with the Senior Property Manager
  • Property viewings with prospective tenants
  • Processing tenancy applications
  • Assisting with Lease renewals
  • Assisting with landlords, tenants, and contractors' communication
  • Assist with rent & invoice arears arrears
  • Assisting with the coordination of maintenance
  • Property Management administration
  • Assisting with preparing property reports ie: ingoing, outgoing & quarterly inspections


About you:
  • Real Estate industry experience will be advantageous but not necessary
  • High attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Good at multi-tasking and time management
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work to current systems and procedures while contributing as a team
  • The desire to grow within a company for the long term
