About the role

We are seeking a hard-working team player to join our finance team as an Accounts Receivable Officer on a permanent full-time basis. If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to contribute, this role is for you!

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will handle customer payments, process EFTPOS and card transactions, and ensure accurate bank reconciliations. Resolving account discrepancies and assisting with inquiries, you will collaborate with the team to keep processes running smoothly. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.

Responsibilities
As a key member within the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:
  • Banking and reconciliations of accounts
  • Daily receipting and allocating of customer payments within strict timelines
  • Investigating account discrepancies and liaising internally and externally with both staff and customers to resolve
  • Attending to staff and customer enquiries whilst maintaining a high standard of service
  • Other duties as required within the Account Receivable Team


About you
To excel, you have:
  • Previous Accounts Receivable or Administration experience
  • Proficy using the Microsoft suite and specifically Excel
  • Articulate communication skills, verbally and written
  • High standards of integrity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
