About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join the AIRR team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable data, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors, and providing excellent customer service. This role would suit an energetic team player who is looking to start a career in accounts payable or in a corporate environment, or an experienced professional looking for their next challenge.

Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable Officer with AIRR, you will:
  • Process large volumes of invoices and Credit notes
  • Maintain data in related payment, reconciliation and accounting systems with integrity and accuracy
  • Complete payments, related journals, account reconciliation and reports for major suppliers
  • Liaising with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies and irregularities


About you

To succeed at AIRR, you have:
  • Previous experience in full function high volume Accounts Payable role
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft suite and ability to learn new systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, written and verbally with a professional and courteous manner
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
