Job Description: We are seeking an Accounts Administrator - Credit & Collections to join our growing team on a fixed-term, full-time basis.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing daily credit-related tasks, including collections on high-value transactions, reviewing and monitoring credit limits, and preparing regular reporting. You will work closely with clients, branch teams, and management to ensure accounts are well-managed and credit risk is minimised. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, commercial credit experience, and the confidence to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collections - Engage directly with clients regarding outstanding payments, often involving high-value transactions, with new debts falling due daily.
  • Managing Credit Limits - Review customer credit limits, prepare submissions for increases, and assist clients in operating within their approved limits.
  • Reporting - Generate and distribute daily reports to relevant stakeholders.


About you
  • Previous experience in commercial credit, with a solid understanding of debt recovery processes.
  • A clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Decisive and able to make informed decisions based on available data.
  • Demonstrates integrity and consistency in actions and communication.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own performance and identify when to escalate issues to your manager.
  • Flexible and able to build effective working relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
