Your Role: Senior Director- Marketing Operations

Lead the Charge - Transform Marketing Operations:

This isn't just about maintaining the status quo; it's about revolutionizing how we do marketing. You will be the architect of our marketing operations vision, driving efficiency, performance, and cross-functional collaboration across our US Farm Animal and Pet Health businesses. Your leadership will be instrumental in leveraging technology to evolve our marketing capabilities, identifying operational efficiencies, standardizing processes, and synergizing efforts between business units.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Define and Lead Marketing Operations Strategy: Set the vision, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
  • Manage Technology & Tools: Evaluate, implement, and oversee marketing technology solutions, ensuring effective use and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee Financial & Vendor Management: Lead marketing budgeting, financial tracking, and strategic vendor relationships, including performance reviews and reporting.
  • Lead Internal Creative Services Agency: Drive process adoption and efficiencies, manage creative production, and stay ahead of in-house agency trends.
  • Drive Marketing Excellence & Capability Building: Ensure cross-functional alignment, consistent execution of brand strategies, and support learning across the organization.
  • Build and Develop High-Performing Teams: Coach team members, fill talent gaps, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence in marketing operations.


What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 10+ years of experience including
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Strong leadership presence
  • Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills
  • Proven experience with change management and organizational transformation

  • Proven Change Agent: Skilled in driving process improvements and navigating ambiguity with strong learning agility and adaptability.
  • Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of marketing principles, digital and agency experience, and the ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
  • Strong Communication & Leadership Skills: Effective in conflict resolution, decision-making, and managing complexity across teams and functions.
  • Project & Time Management: Adept at handling multiple projects, utilizing project management tools, and meeting tight deadlines in dynamic environments.
  • Global & Cross-Functional Experience: Experienced in working with international teams, adapting strategies for global markets, and aligning stakeholders.
