Join EastGen as a Full-Time Genetic Advisor and help shape the future of agriculture across New Brunswick. We're seeking a self-motivated sales professional who loves connecting with people, communicates with confidence, and brings a solid background in agriculture and sales. In this role, you will:

• Use EastGen's solutions approach to help producers reach their genetic and reproductive goals through the sale of genetics and farm products 
• Maintain and develop a roster of future clients 
• Effectively negotiate and close business within a sales territory 
• Sell and deliver liquid nitrogen to clients/producers in New Brunswick 
• Sell EastGen's broad portfolio of farm and agri-products and Ai24 systems to New Brunswick clients
• Work with the EastGen team and support staff 
• Be visible and present at industry-related functions in a promotional capacity
• Stay ahead of the competition by participating in company training and meetings 

We're looking for someone who brings:

• A genuine commitment to helping farmers reach their goals
• Eagerness for advancing genetic improvement 
• Proven ability to manage your time and energy to get results  
• Comfort and curiosity with learning and using new technologies to support your work 
• Self-motivation along with being a team player to support company goals
• The ability to listen, negotiate, and advocate for the farmers you serve 
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record 
• A diploma or degree in Agriculture or equivalent work experience in the AI/dairy industry or related field is preferred.

• Join our dynamic sales team! You'll earn a base salary between $44,000.00 - $55,000.00, with additional commission based on your sales performance. Expected total earnings range from $73,000.00 - $85,000.00 or higher, depending on your success in driving sales.
