Artificial Insemination Technician (Swing) – Western Ontario – Inclusive of the regions between Oxford, Perth, Huron and Waterloo counties

We are currently looking for a swing technician to provide AI services in Western Ontario inclusive of the regions between Oxford, Perth, Huron and Waterloo counties.

In this role, you will:

• Provide artificial insemination service (A.I.) and sell farm and agri-products
• Promote current/new products and services to established and potential clients
• Offer consulting service to breeders answering questions related to reproduction, and,
• Participate in staff development opportunities, and staff/client meetings.

To be successful you will need:

• A keen interest in dairy and beef industry
• Knowledge and experience in the agriculture industry
• Breeding experience is an asset, but training will be provided
• Physical fitness with acute manual dexterity
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• A valid ‘G’ Ontario driver’s license and clean driving record
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules,?including weekends and holidays

• $29,750.00-$37,187.00 base + commission (Total earnings $73,028.00 - $80,467.00)
• Join our dynamic sales team! You’ll earn a base salary between $29,750.00-$37,187.00, with additional commission based on your sales performance. Total earnings range from $73,028.00 - $80,467.00, depending on your success in driving sales. Commissions are mostly made up of daily direct service calls for breedings in an established service area, for this reason annual commissions do not fluctuate much.
