Douglas Lake Cattle Company is hiring a Farm Foreman to work out of their Gang Ranch division.

The history of Douglas Lake Cattle Company spans a period of over 130 years. Known as the largest working cattle ranch in Canada, the ranch continues to innovate and remains on the cutting edge of the Canadian beef industry.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Operating equipment for hay & silage production
• Winter feeding of cattle
• Maintaining ranch vehicles & equipment
• Supervising a crew of 6 people

Qualifications

• 1 year farm equipment operating experience
• Must have valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (heavy trailer endorsement, class 1 or 3 an asset)
• 1 year supervisory experience
