FoodGrads was acquired by the Talent Solutions Group of Farms.com companies, including AgCareers.com, CareersinFood.com, and De Lacy Executive Recruitment. These HR-focused businesses provide services and products that concentrate on recruitment and talent management in the agriculture and food industries.
FoodGrads.com connects students, graduates, and educators to the food industry through its interactive platform. FoodGrads offers community, training, and connections directly to the food industry and is a place where people can feel confident that they have continued support throughout their career.
Nicole Gallace founded FoodGrads in 2016 and will continue to lead the business. “My goal was to build a platform that supports students and grads starting their careers,” said Gallace. “The Farms.com family is the perfect place for FoodGrads to grow into what I envisioned it could be, and what I felt the industry desperately needed,” added Gallace.

Recently, FoodGrads became a program partner of Food and Beverage Ontario’s workforce development initiative, CareersNOW!
Gallace has developed strong relationships with key groups in the food and beverage manufacturing industry; she will also help to build the food recruitment sector for De Lacy Executive Recruitment North America.
