AgCareers.com conducted the Candidate Motivation & Behavior Survey in the summer of 2014. The survey collected information about what motivates employee candidates in the agricultural industry to look for a new position and ultimately make the decision to change jobs. Information was also collected from unemployed respondents on their job search behaviors.
