AgCareers.com is collecting information about what motivates employee candidates in the agricultural industry. The brief 5 minute survey allows candidates to weigh in on job satisfaction and what motivates them to consider searching and accepting different job opportunities. Responses will remain anonymous. The survey will be open through the month of June. Results and analysis will be released later this year. Eight respondents will be randomly selected to win one of eight $100 Visa gift cards.
