The summer issue of Veterinary Advantage-Livestock Edition includes an article titled “Challenge Millennials.” Erika Osmundson, AgCareers.com Marketing & Communications Manager, was interviewed for the article about understanding what motivates Generation Y.
"One of the comments we hear a lot from graduates is a decreased level of feedback once they're on the job," shares Osmundson. "Employers tell us it's not uncommon for new hires to feel as if they should be able to enter an organization at a higher level thatn generations past and work their way up the ladder faster, too," she adds.
