Ontario Grain Farmer Article Includes Advice from AgCareers.com

Eric Spell, President of AgCareers.com, was recently interviewed about hiring solutions for the April issue of Ontario Grain Farmer. The article titled 'Smart ways to staff up' addresses how farmers can adopt hiring techniques to become an employer of choice.
“Ideally a farmer should start advertising 60 to 90 days before they would expect the employee to start,” said Spell. “Otherwise they end up scrambling and hiring the wrong candidate.”
