The Future Seed Executives (FuSE) committee of the American Seed Trade Association will host a round table discussion group (RTDG) entitled “Plotting a Successful Path in the Seed Industry” on November 18, 2011.
The dialogue will be broken into a two-section panel discussion. The first section will be moderated by Jon Leafstedt and Dave Jensen from Kincannon & Reed. The second section, moderated by Eric Spell of AgCareers.com, will highlight mentorship and include points of discussion such as mentorship in the workplace, building an effective mentoring relationship and utilizing mentorship both as a mentor and mentee.
“At FuSE we focus on educating and developing future seed industry leaders,” says RTDG sub-committee chair Erica Seitzer. “This roundtable is an opportunity to have an open dialogue with industry professionals on how to navigate successful career progression. We are very excited to have leaders from Kincannon & Reed and AgCareers.com share their knowledge and experience on these topics.”
