During the months of October through December 2010 AgCareers.com ran a promotional contest to increase the number of ‘Likes’ to their Facebook page. By encouraging current Facebook followers to suggest the page to their friends, utilizing the AgCareers.com Campus Ambassador Team, email promotions and much more AgCareers.com was able to increase followers by 711 ‘Likes.’   Of the 711 new followers one was chosen at random to receive a $500 gift card. On Friday January 7^th 2011, Sharon Horn of Columbus Ohio was chosen as that winner. By liking AgCareers.com on Facebook followers receive weekly information about career opportunities and other news in the ag industry.
