Advanced Search Team Addition Will Increase Customer Service

Quality customer service and a true understanding of Western agriculture is what employers can expect from Western Accounts Manager Brandon Souza.


Souza recently joined the sales team and is responsible for providing customer service for clients in the Western U.S. and British Columbia, Canada.


“We are excited to have Brandon come on board as he has a lot to contribute to our team,” said Business Development Manager Kathryn Doan. “His knowledge of western agriculture, experience in the industry, and enthusiasm for providing top notch customer service will help develop strong customer relationships.”


Souza grew up on a walnut and corn farm in Hanford, CA. He attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he earned his bachelor’s degree in agricultural business with a minor in agricultural communication, and served as student body president. From the family farm to his post-secondary education, Souza’s passion for agriculture has always been present.


“Growing up on a farm instilled a passion for agriculture that I still have today,” Souza said. “I’ve always wanted to find a position that allowed me to use my skills to help improve the agriculture and food industry. This position with provides that opportunity.”


Souza previously worked for the California Farm Bureau Federation. He said he enjoyed working for an organization that serves as a strong advocate for farmers and ranchers, but he is also excited to gain professional growth and perspective in his new position with
