New Year Brings New Team Member

AgCareers.com is growing its team so it can better serve its clients. The newest addition, Kelcy Schroder, joined the marketing team in January and will be working in the Iowa office.
AgCareers.com is the leading online career site and human resources service provider for the agriculture industry. Marketing and Communications Director, Erika Brandt, said Schroder will help AgCareers.com expand its services.
“Another marketing team member will allow our department to take on additional special projects to meet our clients’ needs,” Brandt said. “These projects create a closer bond with our clients, expand our services, and essentially better serve the agriculture industry with human resources intelligence.”
Schroder graduated in December from Iowa State University with a dual major in agriculture communications and communications studies. She grew up on a farm in Princeton, Iowa, and said she has always enjoyed working with people in the agriculture industry.
“I’m very excited to communicate and work with other companies to help them with their human resources needs,” Schroder said. “I chose to work with AgCareers.com because I believe the company will continue to grow, and I want to be a part of that growth.”
Schroder will assist with a variety of marketing responsibilities from event planning to tradeshow coordination. She will also help with communication for special products, such as the Compensation Benchmark Review.
“Kelcy brings a lot of practical experience from previous internships that will allow her to take on her roles and responsibilities with AgCareers.com quickly,” Brandt said. “Her energy and fresh outlook are all things that will add to our growing team.”
