Job Description:

Location: Worcester (with hybrid working following probation)

If you're an experienced agricultural sales professional or a seasoned executive-level recruiter, there's a potential fit and career opportunity for you within our team.

You might be disillusioned with the transactional nature of recruitment in your sector, this role will feel very different. In agriculture, relationships matter.

We're embedded in the UK agricultural trade, a £12 billion industry that doesn't stop at the farm gate. The sector is evolving and you will work on projects focused on sustainability, agri-tech and renewable energy as well as land management and food production among many others.

Your assignments will range from graduate to senior management level positions.

Our client base varies from family-run businesses and innovative start-ups through to multi-national household names. You will be part of a team that prides itself on a consultative, high-integrity service.

You'll benefit from the backing of our brand and the 25 years of industry standing that goes alongside that.

We offer a common-sense commission structure, continuous in-house training and hybrid-working potential.

Key responsibilities:

  •  Develop and use your industry insight to deliver tailored search and headhunting services—from graduate to board-level roles.
  •  Build and manage long-term relationships with agribusiness clients and candidates.
  •  Build a network of industry connections.
  •  Apply your commercial acumen to identify opportunities and grow your desk.
  •  Collaborate with a supportive, experienced team that values your ideas and input.
  •  Maintain solid grasp of current issues within UK agriculture.

Your profile:

  •  A proven background in either permanent, executive-level recruitment or agricultural sales.
  • Strong people skills and a willingness to build longstanding working relationships.
  • An understanding of either agriculture/food/land-based or related sectors is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a close team as well as independently.
  • Self-disciplined with good organisational skills.
  • You will need an NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) or higher in a relevant field.

Remuneration + benefits:

  • Basic salary to match your skills/experience + uncapped commission with no thresholds.
  • Hybrid working (upon successful completion of probation).
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday leave.
