If you’re an experienced arable operator looking for your next step towards farm management, this could be the perfect opportunity to take on more responsibility, learn new skills and develop into a prime farm management candidate.

In this role you will work closely with the farm manager, learning from them and gaining exposure to the strategic, administrative, financial and leadership aspects of the job. Furthermore, you’ll have the authority to take ownership of your own projects, consult with agronomists and suppliers and make your own decisions.

The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who already has arable farming experience under their belt, has a passion for regenerative farming and the ambition to learn and develop. Prior cattle handling experience would be advantageous as helping out with the cattle will form a small part of this role.

What you will have:

• Previous arable experience
• Full UK driving licence
• PA1 & PA2
• Ability to operate a sprayer
• Curiosity to try new ideas
• Ability to work unsupervised and on your own initiative
