Exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to join a high-performing branch within a respected agricultural machinery dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the efficient day-to-day running of the Service Department.
• Report directly to the Branch Manager, ensuring smooth communication between management, technicians, and customers.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and strong team morale.
• Manage customer relationships professionally, ensuring expectations are met without overcommitting.
• Maintain department profitability through effective planning, KPI monitoring, and cost control.
• Ensure accurate handling of manufacturer warranty processes and service administration.
• Organise workloads, allocate jobs, and maintain a structured, efficient workflow.
• Handle staff-related matters confidently and in line with company procedures.
• Uphold high standards of health & safety and confidentiality across the department.
About You:
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a busy service environment.
• Strong technical understanding of agricultural engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain diplomatic and professional during peak periods.
• Highly organised, able to multitask, prioritise, and maintain structure under pressure.
• A proactive, methodical problem-solver who can work independently and use initiative.
