A respected, family-owned UK feed manufacturer is looking for a UK Sales Manager to lead its national sales strategy, manage key accounts, and inspire a team of seasoned Account Managers.

Relocation support, both financial and advisory, is available for candidates considering a move to the East Midlands.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Account Managers to hit growth targets and deliver top-tier service.
- Own key relationships with farmers, merchants, and industry partners, you're the face of the brand.
- Drive strategy, build and execute national sales plans to grow market share and profitability.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customers get practical, effective nutritional solutions.
- Spot opportunities by staying ahead of market trends and customer needs to unlock new business.
About You:
- Strong track record in sales leadership, ideally in animal feed or a related sector.
- Confident managing people, performance, and commercial outcomes.
- Working knowledge of ruminant nutrition and a good feel for UK livestock farming.
- Sharp communicator, skilled negotiator, and natural relationship builder.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
