You will play a pivotal role in continuing recent growth of the business across the UK, as well as contributing towards business strategy through expertly gathering and applying market insight.
Your leadership skills will come to the fore in developing, mentoring and optimising the performance of six Breeding Advisors.
You'll have the backing of a range of state-of-the-art production facilities together with a host of reputable breeding programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and motivate a team of sales professionals across the UK.
Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic plans for dairy and beef genetics portfolios.
Build strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities and ensure competitive positioning.
Work closely with internal teams to optimise sales processes and customer experience.
About You:
A proven background in dairy genetics with in-depth industry knowledge.
Strong team leadership credentials, with experience managing and inspiring sales teams.
A track record of delivering sales growth within the agricultural sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel across the UK to engage with customers and the sales team.
