We’re partnering with a leading agricultural business to find a skilled Technical Agronomist / Ag Chem Manager. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to take charge of the agrochemical operations and make a lasting impact on the business. In this key position, you’ll be responsible for managing agrochemical procurement, developing tailored sales programmes, and providing expert agronomy advice to customers. The role includes crop walking, offering field-based agronomy solutions, and overseeing spraying operations. You’ll have the chance to lead a team and drive innovation in agrochemical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall agronomy responsibility

• Provide technical support to Area Sales Managers within the region

• Provide agronomy on individual farms

• Responsibility for pricing structure and purchases

• Organisation of crop spraying and liquid fertiliser applications
