At its heart, this role is about purpose. You’ll be part of a respected assurance scheme, helping to safeguard the welfare of pigs across the region. Your work will directly contribute to raising standards and supporting farmers in delivering best practice.

It’s a Monday to Friday role with regional travel, giving you structure and variety without being tied to one site. Full training is provided, so whether you’re an experienced farm worker or a graduate with the right mindset, support is in place to help you succeed.

The role:

• Travel – Extensive travel
• Assessments – Conduct thorough farm assessments in adherence to the assurance scheme.
• Feedback – Provide verbal assessment feedback and create a written report.
• Unannounced monitoring visits – conduct unannounced monitoring visits and review corrective actions for compliance.
• Admin – Schedule assessments, write reports and maintain records

About you:

• 2 or more years of experience working on a commercial pig farm
• UK driving licence
• Willing to travel extensively
• Commitment to high welfare standards
• Based in Norfolk area
