A respected, family-owned UK feed manufacturer is seeking a UK Sales Manager to take charge of its national sales strategy, manage key accounts, and lead a team of experienced Account Managers.

Relocation support—both financial and advisory—is available for candidates considering a move to the East Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and support a team of Account Managers to deliver sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Personally manage key accounts, fostering strong relationships with farmers, merchants, and industry stakeholders.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and profitability.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure customers receive tailored, high-quality nutritional solutions.
Monitor market developments and customer needs to identify new commercial opportunities.
About You:
Demonstrable commercial experience in the animal feed sector or a closely related industry.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing sales teams.
Strong background in ruminant nutrition and a clear understanding of UK livestock farming.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach to sales and customer engagement.
