We’re supporting a well-respected global seed business in their search for an International Sales Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, working with distributor networks, and shaping commercial growth across a range of international markets.
You’ll take responsibility for countries including China, Japan, North Africa, the Middle East and India — with the freedom to make a real impact.
In this position, you will:
• Deliver commercial plans for each assigned country.
• Support and guide agents and distributors to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting and pricing to keep plans on track.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, authorities and industry bodies.
• Keep a close eye on market trends and competitor activity.
• Work with technical and product teams on trials, demos and local market activity.
• Represent the business professionally and ensure high-quality execution in every market.
We are looking for someone who brings:
• A Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Business or similar.
• At least seven years’ international commercial or sales experience within agriculture, ideally the seed sector.
• A strong track record working with distributors and indirect sales channels.
• Confident forecasting, planning and negotiation skills.
• Cultural awareness and the ability to adapt your approach across different regions.
• Excellent English; additional languages would be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
