This is an opportunity for an seasoned animal nutrition professional with a clear commercial flair and proven sales credentials. The focus of the role is to further develop the business across a territory covering everywhere south of the M62 (exc. Wales) and some of the largest milk fields in the country.
You will utilise your strong business acumen and network of senior industry executives to drive business growth, effectively leading your own business with a support where necessary and plenty of autonomy.
Day-to-day activity:
- Devise and implement regional business plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and target new accounts and markets in-line with strategic business plans.
- Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, harnessing your network of industry executives.
- Market observation, development and investigation.
- Present business plans and report on commercial performance at board level.
- Drive innovation and present business case to leadership.
Your profile:
- Demonstrable B2B sales success in animal nutrition or an allied industry is essential.
- Well-rounded business management skillset.
- Sound budgeting and commercial management ability.
- Self-starter and ability to take initiative.
- Excellent relationship building and management skills.
