This area sales manager role can offer a long-term route to success.
You will do this by developing and maintaining a ledger of farming customers across your region.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding of the product you are selling and be able to demonstrate the benefits of its use to the customer base
Integrate a strategy which will identify new accounts to secure new business
Build relationships with both distributors as well as other contacts
Work alongside the distribution team to ensure the highest level of customer service
Be present at relevant conferences and exhibitions
Desirable Skillset Includes:
Experience of agriculture or land spreading
Knowledge of fertiliser and associated products would be advantageous
Negotiation skills
Commercial acumen
FACTS certification (if you do not have this, the client will put you through it)
Full driving licence
What you will receive:
Basic salary range, dependant on experience
