This well-established company has already achieved great success in its home market, and the next step is to build on this momentum in the UK. Their product not only supports farmers but also provides practical solutions for everyday livestock management.
We’re looking for a proactive individual with strong communication skills who lives within a commutable distance of Shropshire. A background in livestock farming would be beneficial but is not essential, as full product training will be provided but it is most important to have an aptitude for sales, the drive to generate growth and chase leads and the resilience to deal with the challenges associated with a career in sales.
• Convert sales leads into new customers- each member of the team is provided with equal numbers of leads
• Provide product advice and troubleshooting support
• Assist customers with onboarding and system transition
• Promote and drive app usage
• Manage the customer renewal process
• Represent customer feedback to improve the product
• Attend industry events and trade shows
• Work from the office at least twice a week (Monday and Tuesday)
• Must live within a commutable distance of the Shropshire-based office
• An agricultural background or understanding is preferred
• Ability to manage your own schedule efficiently
• Strong communication skills with both customers and team members
• Previous sales experience would be an advantage
