A confidential manufacturing organization is seeking a Director, Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution. This role partners closely with senior finance and operations leadership and is accountable for procurement, production planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics performance, with a strong focus on service, risk management, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute supply chain and sourcing strategies across ingredients, packaging, and operational categories.
• Lead and develop teams responsible for procurement, planning, scheduling, logistics, and warehousing.
• Drive demand planning and S&OP processes to ensure production continuity and high service levels.
• Partner with Finance to deliver annual budgets, cost reduction initiatives, and COGS improvement.
• Oversee supplier governance, contract management, and strategic supplier relationships.
• Own warehousing strategy, footprint optimization, and warehouse cost performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen operational efficiency and reduce risk.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the supply chain function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing cross-functional teams.
• Strong ERP experience; exposure to Business Central and Power BI is an asset.
• Highly analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
