Our client, a well-established, independent ag retailer in Western Missouri, is seeking a Location Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a full-service retail location. This position offers autonomy, a strong existing team, and the opportunity to manage long-standing customer relationships in a high-service, relationship-focused environment.

This leadership role oversees a full-service retail ag operation with robust applications, fertilizer, and seed offerings. The incoming manager will be empowered to run the location like it s their own business with autonomy, direct customer relationships, and profit-sharing incentives tied to the location's performance.

What You ll Do:

• Lead daily operations at a full-service ag retail site (seed, fertilizer, custom application)
• Manage and support a team of 7 employees
• Own customer relationships: consulting, scheduling, and service delivery
• Drive operational and financial performance of the location
• Collaborate with ownership on business strategy and growth goals
• Represent the location as a trusted partner to multi-generational farm clients

• Proven leadership in ag retail, agronomy sales, or agriculture territory management
• Strong interpersonal skills and a relationship-first mindset
• Ability to manage independently, stay calm under pressure, and take ownership
• Working knowledge of agronomy and seasonal farm operations
